Hayley Stenger grew up in Arizona and attended public schools, eventually becoming a public and charter school teacher herself. After the Arizona State Legislature passed a universal voucher expansion in 2017, Hayley joined a group of moms organizing a new group to fight back, Save Our Schools Arizona.
